Job Description: *Key responsibilites: *

Drive end-to-end project and program management across the channel ecosystem, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. Align cross-functional stakeholders and track KPIs to deliver impactful outcomes. Drive partner governance execution by designing effective offer structures, implementing partner programs, and optimizing the partner lifecycle. Ensure strong partner engagement and performance through structured training, data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Governance

+ Design and implement channel offer structures aligned with business objectives + Execute and support partner programs + Plan and deliver channel training programs to enhance partner and PSP capabilities and performance + Track and analyze performance metrics; provide data-driven insights and recommendations + Optimize partner lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and retention + Identify opportunities to improve productivity and competitiveness

  • Project \& Program Management

+ Lead end-to-end technical project execution + Track KPIs (cost, speed, quality, delivery) + Align all stakeholders in International zone (Channel, Marketing, Commercial, Quality etc) + Provide data-driven insights for leadership decisions

(External) English Qualifications:

Qualifications \& Experience

  • 6-10 years in project/program management and technical execution
  • Strong experience in manufacturing and industrial environments
  • Expertise in LV products: Enclosures- BlokSeT, PrismaSeT
  • Deep knowledge of quality and industrial process

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Skills \& Tools

  • Demonstration of Digital tools and applications to bring efficiency in KPI
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Planner, Excel, PowerPoint applications

Key Competencies LV Switchboard knowledge Strong awareness on Industrialization and Quality process Proficient in Microsoft project or any schedule tools Proficient in data analysis and preparing excel for leadership presentations
