Key Responsibilities

Market Research \& Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research and demand assessments within the infrastructure sector.
• Perform financial and economic analyses to support project evaluations and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes.
• Generate actionable insights to assist clients in informed decision-making.

Reporting \& Presentation Development

• Prepare high-quality presentations (PowerPoint) and detailed analytical reports.
• Develop Excel-based models, dashboards, and financial analyses.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Engage with government agencies, private-sector organizations, and project partners.
• Ensure timely communication and successful delivery of project objectives.

Project Execution

• Support projects across sectors such as:
• Tourism \& Hospitality
• Real Estate
• Logistics
• Trade \& Transport

• Supply Chain \& Related Infrastructure Sectors

Required Qualifications

Education

• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, Infrastructure Management, or related fields).

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in market research, consulting, infrastructure advisory, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Market Research and Demand Assessment.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Financial Analysis.
• Advanced working knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Research and Analytical Tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
