Lead Gen AI Engineer

*About Position: *

We are hiring senior professionals to work on an Agentic AI–driven SDLC automation and code intelligence platform built using Generative AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration. The platform leverages AI to analyze tools like JIRA and GitLab, generate user stories, evaluate code quality, provide RAG-based insights, and guide developers through an intuitive AI-powered interface.

*What You'll Do: *

• Design and build Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph or similar frameworks)
• Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-driven workflows
• Architect end-to-end GenAI-based SDLC automation platforms
• Integrate AI solutions with tools such as JIRA, GitLab, and developer ecosystems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI-led developer experience (DevEx) initiatives
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• Provide technical leadership, architecture design, and hands-on implementation

*Expertise You'll Bring: *

• Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures and vector databases
• Experience in Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, multi-agent orchestration systems)
• Solid programming skills in Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience working with Git-based systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevEx tools
• Experience in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Ability to design scalable and production-ready AI systems
