KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology, Data \& Business Problem-Solving

• Work on cross-functional projects involving technology, business strategy, data analytics, and operations.
• Analyse structured and unstructured data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and business opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, analytical models, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation, process optimisation, and operational efficiency.

Tools, Automation \& Innovation

• Support the development of internal tools, prototypes, and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Conduct research and feasibility assessments for new technologies, products, and business initiatives.
• Explore applications of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to solve practical business challenges.
• Collaborate with product, technology, business, and operations teams to implement solutions.

Strategic \& Cross-Functional Initiatives

• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Take ownership of special projects assigned by business leadership.
