*Role Description * The Data Analyst role at Heera Auto Hire is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze operational and customer data to support decision-making across rental services, fleet management, and pricing strategies. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, identifying trends and performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. The role involves collaborating with operations, finance, and customer service teams, presenting findings in clear formats, and contributing to data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and practical experience in Data Analytics.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to business data.
• Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design and interpret data structures for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline is beneficial.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or service-focused businesses, and familiarity with KPIs such as utilization rates and customer satisfaction, is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
