AEM – Product Owner

Skills:

• Require a resource with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system is mandatory.
• Take the lead of Scrum teams as the Product Owner.
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior-prepared tasks to work on.
• Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum-value items aligned with product strategy.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
• Take an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication skills

Pay: ₹836,000\.00 - ₹1,400,000\.00 per year
